My account has been suspended

In case there is any concern or suspicious behaviour being shown by the player, we take the precaution to lock (suspend) the player's account and start an internal investigation. The timeframe for the investigation is 5BSD to ensure all information provided can be reviewed. The player can provide more information in case there are any questions from our end to speed up the process. 

The player will receive a confirmation with the results of the investigation via email (support@leetbit.io) the moment the investigation has been completed.
